Help Reverse Insulin Resistance with Cinnamon

We've designed the Insulite System to help you reverse Insulin Resistance and its related conditions as well as provide you with a permanent solution to your weight gain problems.

A new ally in our campaign turns out to be the tasty and comforting spice, cinnamon. U.S. Department of Agriculture researchers have discovered that daily cinnamon supplements reduced total cholesterol, bad cholesterol and triglycerides from between 13-30% in a study of 60 men and women with Type 2 Diabetes, which is caused by Insulin Resistance.

The spice contains a polyphenol similar to insulin, the hormone that clears sugar from the blood. The study shows that cinnamon helps the body use insulin more efficiently, thereby reducing Insulin Resistance. It also cuts blood sugar levels by 20-30%, which can help prevent the damage that diabetes inflicts on nerves and blood tissues.

A recent study* showed that 1 to 6 grams of cinnamon daily for 40 days reduces fasting blood glucose by 18-29%, triglycerides by 23-30%, LDL-cholesterol by 7-27% and total cholesterol by 12-26%. The changes persisted, largely, for 20 days after patients stopped taking extra cinnamon.

Try sprinkling cinnamon on plain yogurt, bananas and apple slices for a healthful and delicious treat.
